This is America!! Vol.3

It's been another hot day here in Connectcut.  It is over 80 ℉　but dry wind makes us cool and comfortable.  Today we had an orientation and a campus tour with specific explanations on University of Saint Joseph.  We've got to realize how beautiful this campus is. 

In the afternoon, we had a special class of Adeventure Education with their language partners of USJ students. Professor Justin McGlamery instructed us about this program and how important it is to make it togeter.  

And as today's final program, Dr. Shyamala Raman, Director of International Studies and Programs of USJ held a very special "international tea party" for us in the finest room of USJ.   The president and the vice president joined the tea party, which is the greatest pleasure to us.  Dr. Raman says, "Since 1994, USJ has sent students all over the globe.  And now, it's more important than ever. In today's interconnected world, a study abroad experience is a valuable asset on your resume."

今日も快晴のハートフォード。オリエンテーションとキャンパスツアー。そしてランゲージ・パートナーのUSJの学生との野外活動と盛りだくさんです。本日の最後のプログラムとして、この大学のインターナショナルプログラムのディレクター、ラマーン教授が主催するティー・パーティがありました。フリー学長も参加して、生徒と歓談してくださいました。このUSJはインターナショナル・プログラムに非常に力を入れています。
