帰国小学生英語講座からのお知らせ_9/2からrestart!
Hi again, everyone! Otsuma Nakano special English class for the elementary returnees will be kicking off the new class on the upcoming 9/2nd Saturday.
This class is always opening its door to anyone who want to studying English with us. We welcome not only returnees but any students who are studying English very hard. It would be more than happy for us to welcome you all.
The puropose of this class is to provide opportunities for students to retain and rebuild their English proficiency that they acquired abroad. We are using “Oxford Discover, Student Book Series” in the class, focusing on reading and writing essays, presentations, and speeches. After each academic lesson, we have time for fun and games. We look forward to seeing new comers on Saturdays.

帰国小学生英語講座 実施要項
これは、本校の16年の帰国生教育の取り組みを小学生にも普及させることを目的に、無料で毎週土曜日に帰国小学生を対象に実施している英語力保持・発展講座です。 JOES・海外子女教育振興財団・英語保持教室のネィティブ講師のスーパーバイザーであり、本校の英語教育、帰国生教育のアドバイザー・服部孝彦先生のスーパーバイズを受け、本校のネィティブ専任教諭 が指導を行います。2017年度で11年目を迎える実績に裏付けられた講座で、毎年、参加した帰国生、保護者から好評をいただいております。
今年は特に帰国生ではなくても、国内で英語を勉強している小学生で、ぜひ帰国生と英語を話してみたいという生徒も歓迎します。
講師は本校専任教諭、Willie Vickers先生。アメリカ・オクラホマ州出身。アメリカで社会、歴史、経済学などの教員免許取得。アメリカの公立学校で社会、歴史などを教える。Creative writing 、debate, 模擬国連指導を担当。熱意溢れる親切な指導がモットー。
実施要項は以下の通りです。
・対象：海外帰国生及び国内インター等に通う小学5，6年生。4年生以下の参加もできますのでご相談下さい。女子のみの参加になります。
・期間：2017年4月15日（土）～ 2018年3月3日（土） 【7月22日~8月26日は夏休み】 年間スケジュールはレッスンの中でお渡しします。年度途中からの参加も歓迎します。
・時間：毎週土曜日 10:45 － 12:35
・場所：大妻中野中学校・高等学校 1号館3F 英語室
・受講料：無料 (教材費はご自身で購入いただきます)
・講座内容: 英語力の保持に有効な「読む、書く」ことをバランスよく取り入れてレッスンを行います。また様々なアクティビィティを通して、楽しく勉強します。

Welcome to Otsuma Nakano! My name is Willie Vickers and I will be teaching this supplementary elementary school class. In this class, students maintain and build the English that they learned abroad as well as prepare for English tests. We will be using “Oxford Discover, Student Book Series” in the class. We will focus on reading and writing essays, presentations, and speeches. After each academic lesson, we have time for fun and games.
