From New Zealand-Study at New Plymouth & Sacred Heart#08

It was a little unfortunate for us that Sunday was

rainy.

The ways they spent their weekend are different.

But it is sure all of them had precious experiences

at home in New Zealand.

Today, we had our second day taking classes in New

Plymouth Girls’ High School and Sacred Heart

Girls’ College.

Just like on Friday, some students walk to school,

some others are dropped off in front of the gate.

There are even some others who comes by school bus.

Everyone comes to the main office before school starts.

Then, after checking their schedule, they go out for

their classes.

Everone has her own schedule. Some are difficult,

and others are those they can tackle on. For the students

who are thinkig about studying abroad in their future,

this might be a good chance to see if they can.

土曜日の晴天から一転して、日曜日は一日中雨でした。

週末の過ごし方は各家庭でいろいろです。

#07で報告した通りタラナキ山に行ったり、ビーチに行ったり、

歴史村のようなところに行った生徒もいました。

特に日曜日は雨が降ったため、近くの博物館やショッピング

に出かけた家庭と家で過ごした家庭が多かったようです。

今日は月曜日。New Plymouth Girls’ High School と

Sacred Heart Girls’ College に分かれて授業を受ける

２日目でした。

今年は留学中に誕生日を迎える生徒が3人もいます。

（そのうち１人は最終日、なんと翌日にはもう１人が

誕生日でした）

今日誕生日を迎えた生徒に、なんとバディと妻中生が

サプライズ。

朝はメインオフィスに一度集まり、バディと会ってから授業に向かい

ます。

今日のスケジュール今年は、授業の見学についてスケジュール化

されおり今日、明日は授業を見れず、報告ができません。途中は

寮で待機しながら、休み時間に何人かと話をしました。

生物では人間の内臓組織の授業、体育ではネットボール。英語の

授業はやはり難しいようです。（現地の生徒もわからないと言うそう

ですが）

昼食はでどこでも自由、という感じです。雨も上がったので

いたるところで地べたに輪になってみんな食べていました。

午後はSacred Heart に向かい、下校する前の生徒と

会うことができました。

週明けでしたのですべての生徒と会いましたが、

どの生徒も元気に過ごしていました。
