From New Zealand-Study at New Plymouth & Sacred Heart#13

The sun shined so proudly as if it showed how brilliant

Otsuma-Nakano students work on these 2 weeks.

Every student, after spending their last night at New

Plymouth, got together at the airport just before noon.

Saying good-bye to the people there we flew to Auckland,

which was almost an hour flight.

Now we finished the study-program, today was a kind

of treat for them. We visited a couple of sightseeing spots

and enjoyed shopping in the town of Auckland.

This was only a half of the day. But all of them seemed to be

satisfied with it, as well as the 2 weeks we spent in New

Plymouth.

After we arrived at the hotel, we had dinner together.

Now it is no doubt that the New Zealand program this summer

is going to be a big success.

朝の陽ざしとともに、ニュープリマス最後の朝がやってきました。

とうとうこの地とも、ホストファミリーともお別れです。

お昼前、ホストファミリーに送られて一人、また一人と空港にやって

きました。チェックインをしながらそれぞれに写真を撮ったり、

挨拶をしたり、和やかに時間はすぎて、

最後にみんなでにこやかに記念撮影。さあ搭乗です。

いざゲートに向かうとなると、あちこちで涙を流したり、抱き合ったり、

小さな空港が大変な騒ぎになりました。

登場してくる生徒たちが泣いている姿を見て、客室乗務員の女性は

はじめなぜそんなに泣いているのかわからず、ついクッキーを

みんなに2枚ずつくれました。どうやら生徒たちもなぜサービス

がよいのかわからず、ただもらっていたようですが、、、。

すべての授業は終わったので、今日は頑張ったご褒美。

オークランドで観光とショッピングです。

今日の移動は大型バス。

まずはオークランド最大のショッピングセンターで昼食を兼ねたお買い物。

続いてお土産屋さんと、港の散策をしました。

せっかくなのでみんなで記念写真。

最後にスーパーマーケットに寄って、ホテルに到着。

夕食をみんなで楽しく食べて、最後は高校での留学の

話にもなりました。留学とはならなくても、今回の

プログラムでみんなたくさんの刺激を受け、たくさん

の新しいことを知り、たくさんのことを考えたことが

よくわかりました。

明日は早朝にオークランドを立ちます。明日の今頃は

帰宅しているかもしれません。単にお土産だけでない

多くのものを抱えて。
