English, English and English !!

14℃. Monday morning with clear sky. A new week has started with chilly but beautiful fine weather morning in Cairns. Our students came to St. Andrews College with their host families. Meeting with each school buddy, they kicked off their school lives at St. Andrews.  They are going to take the same lessons and classes as St. Andrews’ students.

Our students are told that they should switch their Japanese off and use only English in two weeks.   Even when they talk with Japanese friends, the talking should be in English.  No Japanese!   They are struggling to make themselves understood only English.  But, we are sure that you can do that.

14℃。快晴の朝。いよいよセントアンドリュース学校生活がスタート。セントアンドリュースの時間割でバディと同じ授業を受けます。このプログラムでは、生徒たちは英語だけの生活をするように義務付けられます。頭の中に英語の回路をつくるためです。妻中生とも先生とも英語。２週間は英語オンリー。大丈夫、できます。
